Set up and Tear down
SET UP:
Monday, 3rd of March 2025 until Wednesday, 5th of March 2025 daily from 6.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., On Thursday, 6th of March 2025 the set up time starts at 6.30 a.m. and ends at 9.30 a.m.
Please notice! All gates are closed due to heating! Only the Pedestrian gates are opened!
ATTENTION!
Due to CARPET LAYING OPERATIONS driving inside the hall is prohibited in the evening before the show! (Wednesday, 5th of March, 6.00 p.m.)
Boats with a length of more than 25 feet should be delivered and craned from the 24th of February to 28th of February. Please make an appointment with our office by phone +43/(0)2272/624030 or by e-mail: technik@messetulln.at
ATTENTION!
Set up operations are prohibited after the beginning of the fair! (Thursday, 6th of March 2025 at 10.00 a.m.).
TEAR DOWN:
Sunday, 9th of March 2025 from 6.00 p.m. until 12.00 p.m., Monday, 10th of March until Tuesday, 11th of March from 6.30 a.m. until 7.00 p.m. and Wednesday, 12th of March 2025 from 6.30 a.m. until 6.00 p.m.
In consideration of other exhibitors and visitors an earlier tear down of your booth is strictly prohibited!
Goods and brochures etc. can be delivered before (09.30 a.m.) or after the event (6.00 p.m).
During the opening hours stopping the car and parking is strictly prohibited on the fairgrounds.
